Research on the Method of Compiling Load Spectra for User Related Automotive Instrument Panel
This article takes user association technology as the theoretical basis to investigate and interview automotive users and identify the main problems that exist in the use of instrument panel by users.By analyzing the load characteristics and influencing factors of the instrument panel assembly during operation, based on the measured load spectrum of a certain car test site in GAC,the load information in the load spectrum sample data is edited and processed according to the cumulative fatigue damage theory and load extrapolation theory, and the test acceleration spectrum is generated.According to the damage equivalence principle, the load signal is transformed so that it can be used for actual bench test. Finally,by establishing an instrument panel bench test and inputting an acceleration load spectrum, failure modes consistent with those found in user related market research were identified during the test. The main market issues currently existing in the instrument panel were replicated and verified, thereby establishing a correlation between the bench test load spectrum and the actual load, further verifying the rationality and effectiveness of the acceleration spectrum.
