基于双电机输入的电动汽车减速器设计与研发

目前,市面上的电动汽车大多数采用单电机驱动,控制策略简单但高效区唯一.为提高整车多工况下的动力性及经济性,设计了一款双电机输入的减速器.其中,一个电机直连接减速器;另一个电机通过超越离合器实现与减速器的连接或断开.同时,采用大重合度、细高齿等特有齿形设计来提高传动系统的平稳性.试验结果表明,双电机能正常切换,减速器各项性能参数满足标准要求.在满足整车动力性能的前提下,该研究方法可以为提高电动汽车续航里程提供参考.
At present,most electric vehicles use single motor drive system,the control strategy is simple,but the high-efficiency area is unique.In order to improve the power and economy of the vehicle under diverse working conditions,a reducer with dual motor input was designed,one of the motors is directly connected to the reducer,the connecting or disconnecting of another motor was realized by overrunning clutch.At the same time,high contact ratio gear was adopted to improve the stability of the transmission system.The test results show that dual motor can switch normally,various performance parameters of the reducer satisfied standard requirements,the research method can provide a reference for increasing the driving range of electric vehicle under the premise of satisfying the dynamics performance of the vehicle.
