Failure Analysis and Improvement Optimization of the Connecting Bolt between the Gear and Differential Mechanism
The bolt connecting the output gear and differential of a certain vehicle reducer broke during operation.After analysis,the reasons for the failure were:low bolt strength,low safety factor of pre tightening transmission torque,etc.By using high-strength customized bolts,improving pre tightening force,optimizing tightening process,and other methods,safe and reliable bolt connection was achieved.
