摘要

某车用减速器连接输出齿轮与差速器的螺栓在运行时断裂,经分析失效原因为螺栓强度偏低、预紧传递扭矩安全系数较低等.通过采用高强度定制螺栓、提高预紧力、优化拧紧工艺等方法,实现了螺栓连接的安全可靠.

Abstract

The bolt connecting the output gear and differential of a certain vehicle reducer broke during operation.After analysis,the reasons for the failure were:low bolt strength,low safety factor of pre tightening transmission torque,etc.By using high-strength customized bolts,improving pre tightening force,optimizing tightening process,and other methods,safe and reliable bolt connection was achieved.
