商用车传动系统阻力试验分析及应用

针对汽车传动阻力会造成能量损失及影响油耗的问题,以商用车前置后驱车型为对象,利用四驱动力总成台架对汽车5 处传动系部件阻力进行试验研究,探索各部件的阻力规律.试验结果表明,驱动桥对传动系阻力影响的占比最大.对比不同型号润滑油和不同油温下的驱动桥阻力发现,驱动桥阻力与润滑油温度的相关性很大.
Analysis and Application of Resistance Test for Commercial Vehicle Transmission
At the problems of energy loss and fuel consumption by The transmission resistance of automobiles can cause great energy loss and fuel consumption.In order to explore the resistance laws of each component,a research experiment about resistance for FF transmission system of four commercial vehicle is carried out on the four drive motor bench.The test results show that the resistance of the driving axle has the largest proportion in the transmission system.the driving axle efficiency under the condition of two different kinds of lubricating oil and two temperature is compare'it is found that the resistance of the driving axle has significant correlation with the temperature of the lubricating oil.
