摘要

对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy,ICP-OES)测定制动器衬片中镉、铬、铅、汞的测量不确定度来源进行分析.研究的整个分析过程包括样品称量、定容体积、标准溶液配制、重复性测量、标准曲线拟合等步骤,并对各个分量的不确定度进行计算、合成和扩展.结果表明,影响不确定度的主要因素是样品重复性测量和标准曲线拟合过程引入的不确定度.

Abstract

The sources of measurement uncertainty of cadmium,chromium,lead,and mercury in brake lining determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES)are analyzed.The entire analytical process studied includes sample weighing,volume adjustment,preparation of standard solutions,replicability measurements,standard curve fitting,etc.,and the uncertainties of each component are calculated,synthesized,and expanded.The results indicate that the main factors affecting uncertainty are the uncertainties introduced by sample replicability measurements and standard curve fitting process.
