摘要
针对某发动机机油的异常消耗问题,对该发动机保养时机油消耗量进行统计分析,建立了一种发动机机油异常消耗判别方法,在汽车保养更换机油时确认机油异常消耗.同时,针对该发动机机油运行路径,提出发动机机油异常消耗的可能原因及排查方法.最后,针对市场机油消耗问题,使用该方法准确地找到机油异常消耗原因并成功地将其排除.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of abnormal engine oil consumption,by comparing the statistical analysis of durable engine oil consumption and oil release during maintenance,an engine oil abnormal consumption identification method was established to confirm abnormal engine oil consumption during oil maintenance and replacement.According to the oil running path,the possible causes and troubleshooting methods of abnormal engine oil consumption are put forward.Finally,according to the problem of oil consumption in the market,this method is used to accurately find the cause of abnormal oil consumption and successfully eliminate the fault.
