摘要
重点研究发动机缸体等离子喷涂的工艺过程.首先,分析了缸体产生的常见孔隙缺陷,并通过统计孔隙大小,制定了二次喷涂的孔隙判定标准,为二次喷涂提供了数据基础.随后,从缸体尺寸加工的可行性进行理论计算,制定了二次喷涂的完整工艺流程,优化调整实际加工参数,调和喷涂过程.最后,制定批量验证方案,并基于孔隙最终表面状态、金相、拉拔力等对批量加工后的产品进行质量确认,最终验证了该二次喷涂工艺的可行性.通过实际的批量加工,证明了二次喷涂的高成功率,为后续批量实施提供了完整的理论基础和验证数据.
Abstract
This article focuses on the process of plasma spraying on engine cylinder blocks,analyzes the common pore defects it produces,and formulates pore determination standards for secondary spraying through statistical analysis of pore size,providing a data basis for secondary spraying.Then,theoretical calculations were conducted based on the feasibility of machining the cylinder body dimensions,and a complete process flow for secondary spraying was developed.Actual machining parameters were optimized and adjusted to coordinate the spraying process.Finally,a batch verification plan was developed,and quality confirmation was carried out based on the final surface state of pores,metallography,drawing force,and other aspects of batch processing.The feasibility of the secondary spraying process was ultimately verified.Through actual batch processing,the high success rate of secondary spraying has been proven,providing a complete theoretical basis and validation data for subsequent batch implementation.
