随着汽车电子电器架构的革新,新的域控架构引入了高算力、高功耗的芯片.这样的新需求对车载控制器硬件电源完整性设计是一个重大的挑战,例中以电源完整性理论为指导,使用Cadence Sigrity Power SI 仿真软件对车载域控制器的电源分配网络(power delivery network,PDN)部分进行了阻抗和谐振仿真分析,通过仿真得到板上PDN结果,优化去耦电容可以有效地压低PDN阻抗,满足片上系统(system on a chip,SoC)芯片的工作需求,提高了电源部分和系统的的稳定性,提升了车载域控制器的开发效率.
Research on Power Integrity Simulation of Vehicle Domain Controller
With the innovation of automotive electronic and electrical architecture,the new domain control architecture began to introduce high-computing power and high-power chips.Such new requirements are a major challenge to the integrity design of the hardware Power supply of the on-board controller.In this example,guided by the power supply integrity theory,the impedance and resonance simulation analysis of the PDN part of the on-board domain controller is carried out using the Power SI simulation software.The results of on-board PDN are obtained through simulation.It can meet the working requirements of SoC chip,improve the stability of power supply and system,and enhance the development efficiency of vehicle domain controller.
