Strength and Stiffness Analysis of the New Energy Bus Frame
With the continuous enhancement of China's comprehensive national strength,people's quality of life is getting higher and higher.At the same time,considering environmental pollution and energy consumption,new energy vehicles have gradually become an important means of transportation in today's society.By using finite element method to analyze and detect vehicles that are about to be put into the market,it can optimize the design deficiencies,provide certain guarantees for passenger safety,and reduce design and manufacturing costs.This article mainly analyzes the strength and stiffness of a new energy bus frame from the XXX company.By taking the frame of this hybrid city bus as the research object,and based on the finite element method,the 3D modeling software CATIA is used to model the chassis of the bus,and then use the finite element software ANSYS to conduct a static analysis of the input bus frame model under multiple working conditions.By analyzing the stress and deformation of the frame under three operating conditions(constant speed driving,emergency turning,and emergency braking),the strength and stiffness of the frame are verified to provide assurance for the driving safety of the bus.
