基于线控液压制动系统的制动踏板感研究

通过对One-box线控液压制动系统原理进行分析,开发了One-box线控液压制动系统踏板感的仿真软件,实现快速地对制动踏板感进行仿真,可缩短制动踏板感调校及标定周期,减少开发成本.以一款装配One-box线控液压制动系统的新能源轿车为例,进行制动踏板感的仿真和客观数据的测量.结果表明,仿真结果与测试结果的误差在 5%以内.
Research on Brake pedal Feel Based on Drive-by-wire Hydraulic Braking System
In this paper,the principle of One-box drive-by-wire hydraulic braking system is analyzed,and the simulation software of pedal feel of One-box drive-by-wire hydraulic braking system is developed to realize the simulation of pedal feel quickly.It can shorten the adjustment and calibration cycle of the brake pedal feel stage and reduce the development cost.At the same time,taking a new energy car equipped with a One-box hydraulic braking system as an example,the simulation of brake pedal feel and the measurement of objective data are carried out.The error between the analysis results and the test results within 5%.
