摘要
针对汽车零部件开发中的公差设计不合理、缺乏前期质量预测导致实际产品质量达不到预期等问题,提出了一种新型的基于尺寸工程的公差叠加分析方法,结合Excel软件建立了结构化的解法方案,并通过某连接件公差叠加分析示例具体介绍了其应用方法.该方法能够满足汽车零部件开发中的一维尺寸公差叠加分析的基本需求.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of deficiencies in tolerance design and product quality goal can't be reached the expected level due to lack of quality prediction,etc.a new tolerance stackup analysis method which is based on dimension engineering has been raised,a structured solution has been provided via Excel software according to this method.Meanwhile,an example of tolerance stackup for a joint has been introduced.According to this method,basic request of one-dimension tolerance stackup should be satisfied during development of Automobile components.
