Research on the Control of the Development Process of Electric Powertrain Project of New Energy Vehicles
In order to effectively control project risks,optimize project resources,improve the development quality and efficiency of electric powertrain systems,ensure timely and high-quality delivery to the entire vehicle,it is extremely important to strengthen the process control of project development.The full task decomposition of the development process,clear definition of phased delivery goals,effective tracking and execution of process tasks,proactive identification of process risks,and formulation of response measures are powerful guarantees for high-quality project delivery.On the basis of discussing the development and management concepts and processes of electric powertrain projects,this article proposes a standardized and modular project task process control mechanism,and elaborates on its key task modules in detail,providing effective reference and guidance for the development project process control of electric powertrain systems and their components.
