The Application of Fucntion Dimension on Interior and Exterior Parts
This paper introduces the function dimension tool of dimension controlling work,which is used in body parts dimension controlling.The application of function dimension on interior and exterior parts can evaluate and monitor the influence dimension elements in assembling process,such as distance,location and so on.,to increase effiency of analysis and assembling.According to some project in car plant,the paper introduce the types of dimension controlling,process of building system.Based on the rear bumper case,the way of the area and tolerance definition can be a effective and extended process for dimension engineering,offer a new way for the car dimension matching quality.
