某汽车发动机平衡箱啸叫噪声分析

针对啸叫平衡箱进行噪声、振动和声振粗糙度(NVH)测试并识别出啸叫阶次,发现该阶次不是平衡箱齿轮和轴承的特征阶次;通过逐一互换啸叫平衡箱和正常平衡箱零部件的方法确定了某滚针轴承为故障件;对该滚针轴承的全部滚针进行检测,发现某根滚针的某个波数的波纹度幅值明显超标.根据该波纹度波数计算得到的阶次和啸叫阶次吻合,这说明该滚针存在的异常波纹度导致了该啸叫.采用互换啸叫平衡箱波纹度异常滚针和正常平衡箱滚针的方式进行验证,验证结果也表明该啸叫由该波纹度异常滚针导致.针对该波纹度问题制定了控制措施,且自该措施实施以来平衡箱未出现过类似的啸叫问题.
Analysis of Whine Noise in the Balance Gearbox of a Certain Automobile Engine
NVH testing was conducted on the balance gearbox with whine noise and the whine order was identified.It was found that this order is not a characteristic order of gears and bearings in the balance gearbox.By exchanging the components of the balance gearbox with whine noise and the normal balance gearbox one by one,it was determined that a certain needle roller bearing was faulty component.Upon testing all the needles of the needle roller bearing,it was found that the waviness amplitude of a certain wave number of a certain needle roller significantly exceeded the standard.The order calculated based on the wave number of the waviness matches the whine order,indicating that the abnormal waviness of the rolling needle caused the whine noise.The verification was carried out by exchanging the abnormal waviness rolling needle of the balance gearbox with whine noise and the normal balance gearbox rolling needle,and the verification results also showed that the whine noise was caused by the abnormal waviness rolling needle.Control measures have been developed to address the issue of waviness,and there have been no similar whine noise issues since the implementation of the measures.
