近光灯八点配光设计

摘要
基于GB、ECE和FMVSS三个标准体系中近光灯照明区域关于Ⅲ区内八点照度的配光要求,研究通过优化近光透镜(PES)模组结构实现八点照度配光设计,论述了两种光学方案及其工作原理.采用光线追踪的方式,详细分析其结构特征、质量保证,并模拟其配光结果,对比两种方案优缺点,为灯具设计提供理论依据和设计方案.
Abstract
Based on the regulations on eight-point illuminance value in zone Ⅲ of low beam of guo biao(GB),economic commission for europe(ECE),and federal motor vehicle safety standards(FMVSS)standards,two kinds of solutions and principles for meeting these points photometric in poly-ellipsoid-system(PES)module are discussed.Using the ray tracing method,the structure characteristics and quality assurance are analyzed in detail,and the light distribution results are simulated,the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are compared,and the theoretical basis and design scheme are provided for the lighting design.
