A Semi-active Suspension Control Method Based on Vehicle Modal Motion and Power Allocation Weights
For the power distribution problem of the semi-active shock absorber of the vehicle,A conventional distribution method is established according to the modal motion of the vehicle body, and a new distribution strategy based on the modal motion weight of the vehicle body is proposed on this basis. The nonlinear frequency response is solved by simulation, and the amplitude-frequency characteristics corresponding to the modal motion with high weight are further optimized. The Belgian random road spectrum was then used for simulation.By adjusting the weights,a significant optimization of body roll control and pitch control can be achieved. The weight-based distribution method is simple and effective, does not depend on vehicle parameters,is more universal, can complement each other with other control algorithms, and has a large application scenario.
