Study on Structure of Outer Belt Weather-Strip of Car Door and Technology of High-Gloss Black Trim
In order to meet the individual needs of consumers,the development of body sports kits and the high-gloss blackening of the outer belt weather-strip have become one of the important directions of the development of various car companies.According to aluminum alloy and stainless steel,the paper introduces the different structure types and basic production technology of the assembled outer belt weather-strip and the integrated co-extrusion outer belt weather-strip.According to different materials and different production processes,different ways of realizing the outer belt weather-strip high gloss black appearance were studied,such as coloring oxidation,electrostatic powder coating,spray painting,surface coating,fluorocarbon coating,physical vapor deposition(PVD)etc.
