Analysis of Overseas KD Parts Quality Management and Control Mode
In order to standardize the quality control of export knocked down(KD)business and ensure that KD parts meet overseas quality requirements,the quality management and control process of overseas KD parts throughout the whole value chain are built around the formulation of quality management specifications at the supplier side,supervision of the implementation of packaging at the supplier side,special inspection at the factory,and receiving,packaging,and shipping.This paper analyzes and discusses the quality control mode of mass-produced KD parts,which has certain guiding significance for the quality management and quality improvement of KD parts delivery.
