新能源大客车驾驶人混合式培养模式探究

在当前职业教育教学技术手段快速迭代的背景下,高职院校大客车驾驶人产教融合实训基地的传统培训模式已无法满足学员的学习需求,尤其是针对在校的学生学员,培养模式与学员学习习惯之间的矛盾已经显现.本文以高职院校新能源大客车驾驶人培养为例,全面分析了大客车驾驶人的培训模式现状,依托产教融合实训基地提出了线上线下结合的混合式大客车驾驶人培养体系,基于当今校企产业实验基地建设现状,结合线上智能化的学习平台与线下优质的教师、教练资源,形成了混合式职教新能源大客车驾驶人培养模式.
Research on Mixed Training Mode of New Energy Bus Drivers
Under the background of the rapid iteration of scientific and technological means of vocational education teaching,the traditional training mode of the bus driver integration training base of higher vocational colleges can no longer meet the learning needs of students,especially for students in school.The contradiction between the training mode and the learning habits of students has emerged.Based on the current situation of the construction of school-enterprise industrial experimental bases,combined with online intelligent learning platforms and high-quality offline teacher and coach resources,a hybrid vocational education new energy bus driver training model has been formed.
