基于大数据的电驱动桥可靠性测试工况开发

对用户使用场景下的车辆运行数据进行分析与研究,是构建电驱动桥可靠性测试工况的基础.通过车辆运行大数据平台获取轻型电动商用车实际用户的行驶数据,并对其在不同场景下的载重比例、道路类型、行驶里程和时长进行统计分析,定义出典型的电动轻卡用户使用特征.基于用户使用特征开展典型区域的实车电机转矩和转速等信号的采集,再运用蒙特卡洛方法拟合出大样本用户下的损伤分布,通过里程外推得到等效用户全寿命周期的伪损伤目标.最终通过损伤等效加速处理,得到台架可靠性测试工况.设计人员可依据台架测试结果直接评估电驱动桥是否达到里程设计目标.本研究成果为行业开发电驱动桥台架可靠性测试规范奠定了基础.
Development and Application on Reliability Test Conditions of Electric Drive Axle Based on Big Data
The analysis and research of vehicle operation data based on user usage scenarios is the basis for constructing the reliability test conditions of electric drive axles.Firstly,based on the big data,the driving data of the real users are acquired,and the typical user usage characteristics are defined through statistical analysis of the weight ratio,road type,mileage and duration of driving in different scenarios.Based on the user usage profile,signals are collected such as torque and speed of the real vehicle motor in typical areas,and then Monte Carlo method is applied to fit the damage distribution under a large sample users.And the pseudo-damage target of the equivalent user's whole life cycle is got through mileage extrapolation.Finally,the reliability testing conditions of the test bench are obtained through damage equivalent acceleration processing.Designers can directly evaluate whether the electric drive axle meets the mileage design goal based on the test results of the test bench.The research results provide a reference for the development of bench reliability test specifications of electric drive axles.
