基于高压钢质无缝气瓶的高温旋压收口技术的改进与应用

摘要
为解决钢瓶瓶口部分外径、内径厚度不一致、消防钢瓶与特殊气瓶收口难、钢瓶瓶口有内黑和裂纹等问题,采用复合收口模具结构旋压机,收口道次为多道次收口方式.其中旋压机主轴转速为 800 r/min,进给量为 0.55~2.5 mm/r,加热温度为1 000~1 100℃,可加工钢管壁厚为φ7.7~φ12 mm,得到成型质量好、合格率高的高压钢质无缝气瓶.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems such as inconsistent thickness of outer diameter or inner diameter of cylinder mouth,difficult closing of fire cylinder and special gas cylinder,and inner black and crack of cylinder mouth,a compound closing die structure spinning machine is used to close the mouth with multiple passes.Among them,the spinning machine spindle speed is 800 r/min,the feed rate is 0.55-2.5 mm/r,the heating temperature is 1 000-1 100℃,and the steel tube wall thickness is 7.7-12 mm,and the high-pressure steel seamless gas cylinder with good forming quality and high qualification rate can be processed.
