摘要
针对火花塞侧电极焊接过程中的工艺问题,尤其针对以铜芯侧电极、镍钇合金侧电极、U形槽侧电极、侧电极切楔形焊接为代表的难度较大的工艺问题,研究并提出多种工艺思路及焊接工装设计,以解决侧电极焊接失效、U形槽侧电极夹具崩刀、侧电极切楔形毛刺等问题,从而对火花塞生产产生指导意义.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems in the parking plug side electrode velding process,especially the difficult process problems represented by copper core side electrode,nickel yttrium side electrode,U-slot side electrode and side electrode cutting wedge,a variety of process ideas and welding tool design are studied and proposed to solve the problems of side electrode welding is not strong,U-slot side electrode fixture breaking knife,side electrode cutting wedge burr and so on.It has guiding significance to the production of spark plug.
