新能源汽车转向控制系统的设计研究

对新能源汽车转向控制系统的硬件设计及控制原理进行了研究,以解决转向轴贯穿驾驶室和底盘造成的凸出部位影响驾驶室空间利用率的问题.在借鉴国内电动助力转向控制系统领域研究成果的同时,结合新能源汽车在智能化、轻量化方面的探索,分别对套筒、转向盘及转向器进行了电气化设计,通过监测机构将驾驶员的转向意图转变成电信号传输给控制系统,控制系统通过控制电动转向装置实现转向,从而取代了传统的转向控制系统传动机构,增加了驾驶室的空间,并跟上了新能源汽车电气化的发展进程.
Design and Research of Steering Control System for New Energy Vehicle
The steering control system of new energy vehicle has been designed and studied for the hardware design and control principle of the steering system,in order to solve the problem of the protruding parts of the steering shaft passing through the cab and chassis affecting the utilization of cab space.Drawing on the research achievements in the field of electric power steering systems in China,combined with the exploration of intelligence and lightweight in new energy vehicle,electrification design is carried out on the sleeves,steering wheel,and steering gear.Through monitoring mechanisms,the driver's steering intention is transformed into electrical signals and transmitted to the control system.The control system controls the electric steering device to achieve steering,replacing the traditional transmission mechanism of the steering system,increasing the space in the cab,and keeping up with the development process of electrification in new energy vehicles.
