近年来,中国大学生方程式系列赛事(FSC)在全球各高校快速发展,至今已举办了十余届.车架作为一辆合格参赛赛车的重要组成部分,其连接车身、制动和动力等系统,承担着承载结构的作用.为了确保比赛顺利进行,车架必须具有足够的强度和刚度,以及良好的振动特性.通过应用Ansys Workbench对CATIA中设计的车架的三维模型进行有限元仿真分析,得到在不同工况下车架的应力和应变分布情况,进而判断车架设计是否合理.这样的仿真分析成为评估车架性能并保证安全可靠性的理论依据.
Strength and Stiffness Analysis on FSC Racing Car Frame
In recent years,the Formula Student China(FSC)has rapidly developed in various universities in the world,and has held more than ten times so far.The frame,as an important part of a qualified racing car,plays a role in connecting the body,braking and power systems and bearing structures.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the race,the frame must have sufficient strength and stiffness,and good vibration characteristics.By applying Ansys Workbench to simulate and analyze the three-dimensional model of the frame designed in CATIA,the stress and strain distribution of the frame under different working conditions are obtained,and then whether the frame design is reasonable or not is judged.Such simulation analysis has become a theoretical basis for evaluating frame performance and ensuring safety and reliability.
