摘要
汽车散热器是汽车冷却系统的重要部件,其设计质量会直接影响发动机运行安全及企业市场竞争力.当前,在汽车行业高质量发展之际,生产企业应结合产业升级优化要求,持续提高汽车散热器设计水平.鉴于此,概述了汽车散热器构成要素与运行原理,并在应力分析基础上对其设计及优化情况进行了具体探讨.
Abstract
Automobile radiator is an important part of automobile cooling system,the quality of design directly affects the safety of engine operation and market competitiveness.In the new era,when the automotive industry is developing with high quality,production enterprises should continue to improve the level of automotive radiator design in combination with the requirements of industrial upgrading and optimization.Based on this,the paper summarizes the components and operation principle of automobile radiator,and discusses its design and optimization on the basis of stress analysis.
