New Energy Vehicle Body Structure Design and Simulation Analysis
The investigation encompasses a comparative analysis of the structural configurations in conventional petrol-driven vehicle and electric vehicle,examining the unique characteristics of each.With a primary emphasis on the electric vehicle's architecture,a detailed three-dimensional modeling of the electric vehicle's chassis is executed utilizing CATIA software.Following this,a static analysis is performed on the modeled structure through ANSYS,ensuring the engineered electric vehicle body exhibits sufficient static rigidity for secure operational purposes.Furthermore,a comprehensive vibration and noise modal analysis are conducted on the designed chassis.These analyses conclusively validate the exceptional overall performance of the proposed electric vehicle body design.
