摘要

从国内过滤器产品性能检测行业发展现状出发,主要介绍了评定水介质过滤器过滤性能的 3 个试验标准(ISO 16889:2022 Hydraulic fluid power-filters-Multi-pass method for evaluating filtrating performance of a filter element、BS EN 13443-2:2005+A1:2007 Water conditioning equipment inside buildings-Mechanical filters-Part 2:Particle rating 1 μm to less than 80 μm-Requirements for performance,safety and testing和DL/T 1866-2018《发电厂水处理用折叠式滤元验收导则》)规定的过滤器试验方法,以及 3 个标准的优缺点和差异性.通过典型案例,详细介绍了采用不同标准获得的试验结果的相关性,为水介质过滤器厂商和使用者的过滤器评定工作提供了方法指导.

Abstract

Based on the current development status of the domestic filtration product performance testing industry,mainly introducing three commonly used standards for evaluating the filtration performance of water medium filters(ISO 16889:2022 Hydraulic fluid power-filters-Multi-pass method for evaluating filtrating performance of a filter element,BS EN 13443-2:2005+A1:2007 Water conditioning equipment inside buildings-Mechanical filters-Part 2:Particle rating 1 μm to less than 80 μm-Requirements for performance,safety and testing and DL/T 1866-2018 Guidelines for acceptance of foldable filter elements for water treatment in power plants),as well as their advantages,disadvantage,and differences among the three standards.Through typical cases,the correlation between test results obtained by different standards was introduced in detail,providing method guidance for water medium filter manufacturers and users in filter evaluation.
