乘用车及皮卡方向盘现状及发展趋势研究

摘要
方向盘作为车辆转向系统重要的组成部分,是驾驶员使用最频繁的装置之一.随着汽车工业的发展,方向盘不仅具有转向功能,而且集成了许多用于控制其他功能的按键,成了一个多功能的操作中心.为进一步研究方向盘的发展现状及发展趋势,通过调研主流车型,对方向盘的结构、造型及功能进行了研究.此外,基于平台化设计理念,对方向盘通用性进行了分析,这对方向盘的设计具有参考意义.同时,对皮卡方向盘设计乘用车化的趋势进行了对比研究.结果表明,乘用车方向盘发展趋势偏向于小型化、轻量化、智能化;皮卡方向盘设计趋向于乘用车化.
Abstract
As an important part of the vehicle steering system,the steering wheel is one of the most frequently used devices by drivers.With the development of the automobile industry,the steering wheel not only has a steering function,but also integrates many buttons for controlling other functions.In order to further study the development status and development trend,the steering wheel,structure,shape,and function are studied through the investigation of mainstream car models.In addition,based on the platform design concept,the universality of the steering wheel is analyzed,which has reference significance for the design of the steering wheel.At the same time,the trend of passenger cars design for the steering wheel of pickups are compared.The results show that the steering wheel tends to be miniaturized,lightweight,and intelligent,and the steering wheel of pickup truck is designed as passenger cars.
