智能补电开启时机和蓄电池电量自学习的探讨

电动汽车在有需要时可将动力电池存储的电能通过DC/DC转换器充入铅酸蓄电池,完成这一功能的系统为智能补电系统.在此过程中存在电能损失以及动力电池和铅酸蓄电池充放电循环次数的消耗,因此需要选择合适的补电时机进行补电,以减少电能损失以及保障动力电池和铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命.通过区分DC/DC转换器是否工作及铅酸蓄电池是否完成自学习,综合概述了针对不同情况开启智能补电的时机,并在蓄电池未完成自学习时通过检测动力电池荷电状态校正蓄电池荷电状态,完成蓄电池电量校正,以便为开启智能补电提供准确的电量值.
Research on the Starting-Time of Intelligent Recharge and Battery Self-Learning
When necessary,electric vehicles can charge the electric energy stored in the power battery into the lead-acid battery through the DC/DC,and the system to complete this function is called the intelligent recharge system.In this process,there exist power loss and the consumption of the number of charge and discharge cycles of the power battery and the lead-acid battery,so it is necessary to choose the right time to start the recharge,in order to reduce power loss and ensure the service life of the power battery and the lead-acid battery.By distinguishing whether DC/DC is working or not and whether lead-acid battery is self-learning or not,we summarized the starting time of recharge in different situations.When the battery does not complete self-learning,the battery charge state is corrected by detecting the battery charge state to complete the battery charge correction,so as to provide an accurate power quantity value for the intelligent recharge.
