Using filler wire welding to produce integrated splicing door rings,the filler wire welding of Al-Si coated hot formed steel with different strength grades was studied using metallographic microscope.The study showed that by adding welding wire to dilute the coating elements and prevent them from accumulating around the welding seam,the production and enrichment of δ ferrite can be effectively avoided.On this basis,the tensile and hardness properties of various overlapping combinations meet the requirements of the welding seam performance standards.
