Structural Analysis and Thermal Performance Study of Brake Disc in Disc Brakes
A brake is a device that can slow down, stop or hold a moving object in a stopped state,In these states, the main energy of the moving object will be converted into thermal energy absorbed by the brake disc or converted to the atmosphere for heat dissipation. The heat transfer and heat flow analysis of brake discs of different structures are analyzed, and the heat transfer and heat dissipation coefficients of different structures are compared, and the structure of the heat dissipation rib is the optimal variable curve tapered structure brake disc, and provided guidance for the selection and design of brake discs.
