Research on Coordination Between Hydraulic Braking and Regenerative Braking of New Energy Vehicle
New energy vehicles have the advantage of regenerative braking,which realizes energy recovery through coordinated distribution with hydraulic braking.Due to the decrease of speed,the withdraw of regenerative braking will lead to the reduction of total braking torque,and the hydraulic braking torque compensation is required to maintain the balance of total braking torque.In the calibration process of hydraulic torque compensation,due to the temperature sensitivity of the friction plate,selecting the appropriate calibration working condition program to cover more user working conditions to achieve the balance of total braking torque and reduce total braking torque fluctuation is an important content of evaluating the calibration of the coordinated regenerative braking system,and it is also crucial for the braking ride comfort of the vehicle.This paper mainly studies the control strategy of regenerative braking and the coordination of regenerative braking torque and hydraulic braking torque.
