汽车结构强度分析是保证汽车安全性、可靠性的重要方式,同时也是计算机辅助工程(CAE)仿真技术在汽车工程中应用最广泛的领域.对某重卡发动机悬置支架进行结构设计后,需要校核其强度,因此采用CATIA、Inspire、HyperWorks 3 种分析软件对其进行强度分析.根据分析结果对比,可以在设计中选择合适的分析软件,对新产品的设计优化和开发效率提升有一定的帮助.
Contrast Among Three Strength Analysis Methods Based on Engine Suspension Bracket
The strength analysis of automobile structure is a crucial way to ensure the safety and reliability of automobiles,and it is also the most widely used field of computer aided engineering(CAE)simulation technology in automotive engineering.After the structural design of engine suspension bracket,strength verification is required.Therefore,three analysis softwares(CATIA,Inspire and HyperWorks)are used to analyze the strength of engine suspension bracket.The appropriate analysis software could be selected during the design based on the comparison of the analysis results,which is helpful for the design optimization and development efficiency improvement of new products.
