摘要

粒子计数法是检测空气滤材过滤效率的常用方法之一.为了验证气溶胶浓度和空气滤材的最低效率、最易穿透粒径(MPPS)之间的关系,通过改变气溶胶的流速和鞘气的流速等来实现气溶胶浓度的变化,并分别对不同类型的滤材进行试验,试验得出:当气溶胶浓度发生改变时,滤材过滤效率也会随之发生改变.

Abstract

The particle counter is one of the commonly used methods to test the filtration efficiency of air filter media.In order to verify the relationship between aerosol concentration and the minimum efficiency and the most penetrate particle size(MPPS)of air filter medias,the aerosol concentration was varied by changing the flow rate of aerosol and sheath gas,and different types of filter medias were tested.The conclusion was drawn that when the aerosol concentration changes,the filtration efficiency of filter media will also change.
