某混动车型高压互锁故障的分析与研究

针对某混动车型高压互锁故障问题,对其控制原理进行了分析.通过分析发现,该故障是由于在车载自动诊断系统(OBD)模式下,变速箱电动机控制器不能直接控制,导致变速箱电动机控制器无法与发动机通信,进而导致发动机无法启动.在深入分析故障原因的基础上,找出了设计上的安全隐患,并对系统设计进行了改进,解决了高压互锁故障问题.该经验可为新车型开发时提高高压互锁功能的可靠性提供借鉴.
Analysis and Research on High Voltage Interlock Fault of a Hybrid Vehicle
Aiming at the problem of high voltage interlock fault of a hybrid vehicle,the control principle is analyzed.It is found that the fault is caused by the fact that the motor controller of the gearbox can not be controlled directly in on-board diagnostics(OBD)mode,so that the motor controller of the gearbox can not communicate with the engine and the engine can not start.Based on the analysis of the fault causes,the hidden trouble in design is found out,and the system design is improved to solve the problem of high voltage interlock.This experience can be used for reference to improve the reliability of high voltage interlock function in the development of new vehicle.
