Aluminum die casting is a key part of automobile,and its product quality has a great impact on vehicle driving safety.Industrial CT is the best nondestructive testing and evaluation method for aluminum die casting quality at present.The industrial CT detection technology was introduced,and 450 kV industrial CT was used to detect aluminum die casting products such as motor housings,brackets,and cylinder blocks according to the industrial CT detection method standards for aluminum die castings,and the quality inspection application cases such as internal pore defects,volume porosity,internal dimensions,and comparison analysis were displayed.The purpose is to provide reference for domestic aluminum die casting production enterprises and third-party laboratory first-line nondestructive testing personnel,enable them to better application of industrial CT detection technology,and escort the quality of automotive aluminum die casting.
