主成分分析在织物染色计算机配色中的应用研究

为了得到织物染色的染料质量浓度与三刺激值之间的关系,通过对实验数据的分析,利用主成分分析,建立了染料质量浓度和三刺激值C,M,y之间的多元非线性模型;结合曲线拟合与曲面拟合,得到带有参数的非线性方程组;最后利用牛顿迭代法求解非线性方程组得到染料浓度.实验结果表明,利用主成分分析建立的数学模型,所求得的染料浓度与实际值很接近,所得预测结果在实验允许误差±5%范围内,具有较高的准确性.该模型能够满足实际染色配色的要求.
Research on Application of Principal Component Analysis in Computer Color Matching for Textile Dyeing
To get the relationship of textile dye recipe and three stimulus values, by analysis with the experimental data, multiple nonlinear model of dye recipe and three stimulus values of C, M and Y is established in this paper based on Principal Component Analysis. Combined with curve fitting and surface fitting, the nonlinear equations with parameters can be got, and then the Newton iterative method can be used to solve the nonlinear equations in order to get the dye recipe. The experimental results show that, u-sing the principal component analysis to establish the corresponding mathematical model, the values of the dye recipe and the actual values are very close, which can meet the requirements of the actual dyeing color matching.
