摘要
针对现阶段国内外对电动多功能护理床的需求,本文采用机电一体化相结合的思想,根据护理床需要完成的各项动作,设计确定了电动型多功能护理床的控制系统.选用了西门子S7-200型号的可编程控制器,及型号为224的CPU,设计了控制系统的控制电路,并运用Step-7编程软件绘制了梯形图程序,此梯形图程序能够保证电机准确地完成相应的运动,即使在用户误操作的情况下,仍然可以采取紧急制动的方式停止电缸的运行,保证了患者的安全.该控制系统的程序设计简单紧凑、可靠性高、调试方便,能实现多种运动,还能够有效避免使用者的误操作,提高了系统的安全性.该系统实现了床面不同姿势的自动调节,满足了受护理人对护理床多功能和多体位的要求,具有实际应用价值.
Abstract
For the demand of domestic and foreign electric multi-function nursing bed at present,combined with the use of mechanical and electrical integration thought,according to the needs of the nursing bed movement,this paper designed the control system of electric type multifunctional nursing bed.It chose the Siemens S7-200 type of programmable controller,as well as the model for the 224 CPU,to design the control circuit of the control system,and the ladder diagram program was drawn by using Step-7 programming software,This ladder diagram programming could ensure the motor to complete the corresponding movement accurately,even in the case of the user mistakenly operated,it can still take the emergency brake to stop the operation of the cylinder,to ensure the safety of patients.The design of the control system is simple and compact,high reliability,easy to debug.It could achieve a variety of actions,also could effectively avoid the wrong operation of users,improve the security of the system.The system realizes the automatic adjustment of the different postures of the bed surface,and satisfies the requirements of the nursing staff for the multifunction and multi position of the nursing bed.
