论中国式现代化民主观的三重意蕴及时代价值

摘要
中国式现代化民主观是马克思主义民主观与中华民族传统政治文明中的民本思想的有机结合.中国式现代化民主观具有深厚的理论基础和文化根源,有其独特的时代意蕴.其中,全过程人民民主是其本质属性,维护人民根本利益是其价值取向,坚持中国特色社会主义政治发展道路是其必然要求.研究表明,中国式现代化民主观是引领人类政治文明发展进程的民主观,不但可以提升中国民主国际政治话语权,为世界民主发展提供新的模式,还可以为人类命运共同体的构建起到积极的推动作用.
Abstract
The democratic concept of Chinese modernization is the organic combination of the Marxist democratic concept and the democratic thought in the Chinese traditional political civilization.The democratic concept of Chinese Modernization bears its essential attribute,value orientation and necessary requirement.The whole process of people's democracy is its essential attribute,safeguarding the fundamental interests of the people is its value orientation,and adhering to the socialist political development path with Chinese characteristics is its necessary requirement.The research shows that the democratic concept of Chinese Modernization is a democratic concept leading the development of human political civilization,which can not only enhance China's democratic international political discourse,provide a new model for the world's democratic development,but also play a positive role in promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
