摘要
历史主动精神是中国共产党在自觉主动地认识和创造历史的过程中不断生成的精神品质,蕴含着中国共产党强烈的历史担当、坚定的历史自信、高度的历史自觉.新时代坚持以人民为中心的发展思想充分体现了这种历史主动精神."发展为了人民"表明了中国共产党践行根本宗旨的历史担当;"发展依靠人民"昭示了中国共产党相信人民群众的历史自信;"发展成果由人民共享"彰显了中国共产党追求共同富裕价值目标的历史自觉.坚持以人民为中心的发展思想就是要不断实现发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享,让现代化建设成果更多更公平地惠及全体人民.
Abstract
The spirit of historical initiative is a spiritual quality continuously generated by the Communist Party of China(CPC)in the process of consciously and proactively recognizing and creating history.It contains strong historical responsibility,firm historical self-confidence and high historical consciousness of the CPC.Adhering to the idea of people-centered development in the new era fully reflects this historical initiative."Development for the people"demonstrates the CPC's historical responsibility to fulfill its fundamental purpose;"development depending on the people"shows the CPC's historical self-confidence to believe in the people;"the fruits of development shared by the people"highlights CPC's historical consciousness of pursuing the value goal of common prosperity.Adhering to the idea of people-centered development means that development is for the people,dependent on the people,and its fruits are shared by the people,so that the fruits of modernization would benefit people.
