Five flavonoids were isolated from the ethanol extraction of the fruit of Aqui laria sinensis. On the basis of spectral analysis, their structures were elucidated as: mangiferin(1), genkwanin(2), wikstroemin(3) , genkwainin-5-O-β-D-primeveroside(4), genkwanin-5-O-β-D-glucopyronoside(5). Compound(1), (3)~(5) was firstly isolated from the fruits of Aquilaria sinensis.
