合成了一系列Brønsted-Lewis双酸性低共熔溶剂(DESs),并将其用于催化松香聚合反应.筛选出催化活性最高的催化剂 ZnCl2/2 CH3 COOH,同时考察了不同 DES 物质的量比的组成,DES催化剂的用量、反应温度和反应时间对松香聚合反应的影响.最佳反应条件:松香 15 g,甲苯 5.6 mL,正辛烷 12.4 mL,低共熔溶剂 5 g,反应温度 110℃,反应时间 10 h.在最佳反应条件下,聚合松香的软化点为 139.4℃.EDS与反应物分离后可以重复使用,经过 5次循环使用后催化剂活性未见明显的下降.
Br?nsted-Lewis Acidic Deep Eutectic Solvents as Catalysts for Rosin Polymerization
A series of Brønsted-Lewis acidic deep eutectic solvents(DESs)were synthesized and used to catalyze the rosin polymerization.The catalyst ZnCl2/2 CH3 COOH with the highest catalytic activity was selected.The effects of different molar ratio composition of DES,the dosage of DES catalyst,reaction temperature,and reation time on rosin polymeri-zation were fully investigated.The optimum conditions of rosin polymerization were m(ros-in)=15 g,m(DES)=5 g,V(toluene)=5.4 mL,V(n-octane)=12.6 mL,110℃and 10 h.The softening point of the polymerized rosin could be acheived to 139.4℃under these opti-mum conditions.DES could be reused after separation from the reactants.It was found that the catalyst still had a good catalytic property after five cycles.
