高性能聚丁烯-1/聚丙烯釜内合金管材的结构与性能

采用单螺杆管材挤出机,制备了高等规聚丁烯-1(i PB)与聚丁烯-1/聚丙烯合金(PBA)管材,通过差式扫描量热、小角X射线衍射、耐热蠕变、爆破性能、静液压性能与力学性能测试,考察了i PB与PBA管材的结晶性能与力学性能,PBA管材中 PB的片晶厚度,熔融温度与结晶温度均得到提升,耐热蠕变性、爆破与静液压性能、力学性能均优于i PB 管材,可作为新一代高性能热水管材使用。
Structure and Properties of High Performance Polybutene-1/Polypropylene In-reactor Alloy Pipe
Isotactic polybutene-1(i PB)and polybutene-1/polypropylene in-reactor alloy(PBA)pipes were prepared by single screw pipe extruder.The crystallization and mechani-cal properties of i PB and PBA pipes were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry,small angle X-ray diffraction,heat creep,bursting,hydrostatic pressure and mechanical tests.The results showed that the lamellar thickness,melting temperature and crystalliza-tion temperature of i PB in PBA pipes were increased,the thermal creep,bursting pressure,hydrostatic pressure and mechanical properties were better than those of i PB pipe,which could be used as a new generation of high performance hot-water pipe.
