湿法混炼制备高性能轿车胎胎面胶及其结构与性能

采用无粉尘污染的湿法混炼工艺将溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)和白炭黑制备成湿法混炼胶M-SSBR/SiO2,再与顺丁橡胶(BR)通过机械混炼制备成轿车轮胎胎面混炼胶 M-SSBR/BR/SiO2,并对其进行结构与性能研究。结果表明:与传统机械混炼制备的胎面混炼胶SSBR/BR/SiO2 相比,M-SSBR/BR/SiO2 的结合胶含量提高27%;并且Payne效应大幅度降低,说明填料分散性显著改善;M-SSBR/BR/SiO2 硫化胶的300%定伸模量提高17%,回弹性能提高16%,表征滚动阻力的60℃的tan δ降低24%,压缩生热降低30%。
Structure and Properties of High-performance Car Tire Tread Compound Prepared by Wet Mixing
It is of great significance to develop energy-saving green rubber processing technol-ogy and high performance(oil-saving)rubber nanocomposites for high-quality rubber prod-ucts.In this paper,the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR)solution and silica(SiO2)suspension were wet-mixed to prepare M-SSBR/SiO2 compound without dust pollution.Then,the M-SSBR/BR/SiO2 was further obtained by mechanically blending the M-SSBR/SiO2 compound with butadiene rubber(BR),and the structure and properties were studied.The bound rubber content of M-SSBR/BR/SiO2 compound was 27%higher than that of the SSBR/BR/SiO2 compound prepared by traditional mechanical mixing;and the Payne effect of M-SSBR/BR/SiO2 compound was greatly weakened,implying significantly improved filler dispersion.In addition,the modulus at 300%and the resilience of M-SSBR/BR/SiO2 vulcanizates increased 17%and 16%,respectively;and the tan δ@60℃and heat build-up of M-SSBR/BR/SiO2 vulcanizates decreased 24%and 30%,respectively.There-fore,M-SSBR/BR/SiO2 tread compound prepared by wet mixing technology showed excel-lent filler dispersion and comprehensive properties,especially lower rolling resistance and heat build-up,which is an ideal compound for the development of green oil-saving tire.
