摘要
利用脱氧核酶(DNAzyme)辅助放大荧光信号,发展了一种简便快速无嘌呤/无嘧啶内切酶(APE1)的高灵敏度检测策略.验证了实验可行性,对反应时间、反应温度进行了优化,在最优条件下对目标物APE1进行了检测,检测限为3.0×10-4 U·mL-1,并证明了本实验具有良好的选择性.
Abstract
In this study,the DNAzyme assisted signal amplification strategy was developed for simple,rapid and highly sensitive detection of APE1.The experiment conditions inclu-ding reaction time and temperature were optimized.This method exhibits feasibility,excel-lent specificity and high sensitivity with a detection limit of 3.0×10-4 U·mL-1.
