Diversity Analysis and Enzyme Activity Identification of Culturable Bacteria in Soils of Changyi Wetland
In order to analyze the biodiversity and enzyme activity of cultivable bacteria in soils of Changyi National Marine Ecological Special Reserve.93 strains were isolated by 10-fold serial dilution method, and identified by 16S rRNA genes.Enzyme activities(including amylase, protease and cellulase)and NaCl tolerance were detected.Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA showed that the 93 bacteria belonged to 3 classes and 7 genera. The pre-dominant genera were Bacillus, comprising 50%of all bacteria. The results of enzyme ac-tivity test shows that the number of strains with cellulase activity, protease activity and am-ylase activity are 60,51 and 50,respectively.What is more,34 strains of them had 3 enzyme activi-ties.This study showed that the biodiversity of cultivable bacteria in soil of Changyi wetland, and some salt-tolerant strains with enzyme activities were obtained. Those provided a basis refer-ence for the study of environmental governance and purification capacity in coastal wetland.
