CsPbBr3钙钛矿量子点的非线性光吸收和光折射效应

研究了CsPbBr3钙钛矿量子点的非线性光吸收和光折射效应。采用飞秒激光Z-scan技术在400和800 nm的激发波长下测量发现CsPbBr3量子点呈现出饱和吸收和自散焦特性,分析表明两种效应均起源于单光子吸收,且800 nm处的饱和吸收效应明显强于400 nm,而400 nm处的非线性折射效应明显强于800 nm。本工作制备的CsPbBr3量子点与其它钙钛矿材料相比表现出较为优异的非线性吸收和折射特性。
Nonlinear Optical Absorption and Refraction Effects of CsPbBr3 Perovskite Quantum Dots
CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots were prepared,and their nonlinear optical ab-sorption and refraction effects were studied.Measured by femtosecond laser Z-scan technolo-gy at 400 nm and 800 nm excitation wavelengths,it is found that CsPbBr3 quantum dots ex-hibit saturation absorption and self-defocusing.The analysis showed that both effects origi-nated from single photon absorption,and the saturation absorption effect at 800 nm was ob-viously stronger than that at 400 nm,while the nonlinear refraction effect at 400 nm was ob-viously stronger than that at 800 nm.Compared with other perovskite materials,CsPbBr3 quantum dots prepared in this paper show excellent nonlinear absorption and refraction char-acteristics.
