Post planning evaluation on conservation and renewal planning of Pichai-block in Qingdao
There is a proof that "Post Planning Evaluation" has a positive significance in improving the working methods and the quality of achievements.This paper makes use of the qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate economic benefit, social benefit and environmental protection respectively on the Pichai-block at the levels "best" "normal" and "poor".Then, by the methods of field investigation, questionnaire and interview to find problems, it summarizes successful experience and deficiency.References are provided for the conservation and renewal of historic blocks in Qingdao and in other areas.
