离心摆式减振器回转运动的数字摄影测量方法

离心摆式减振器(Centrifugal Pendulum Vibration Absorber,CPVA)由于能够有效吸收发动机产生的扭振而被广泛应用于传动系统.针对研究CPVA动态特性时缺少运动参数测量方法的问题,提出了1种基于计算机视觉的非接触式测量方法.首先在转子与摆子上布置标记,然后利用高速摄像机拍摄CPVA的运动视频,随后利用数字图像处理技术对标记位置进行识别,最终通过标记坐标计算转子与摆子的运动状态参数.实验结果表明所提出的方法能够对CPVA在重力场中的运动进行准确测量.
Digital photogrammetry measurement method for the rotary motion of Centrifugal Pendulum Vibration Absorber
Centrifugal Pendulum Vibration Absorber(CPVA)is widely used in transmission systems due to its ability to effectively absorb torsional vibration generated by the engine.To address the lack of methods measuring kinematic parameters in the study of CPVA dy-namic characteristics,a non-contact measurement method based on computer vision is pro-posed.Firstly,markers are arranged on the rotor and the pendulum,and a high-speed cam-era is used to capture the motion video of the CPVA.Then digital image processing tech-niques are used to recognize the positions of the markers.Finally,the kinematic parameters of the rotor and the pendulum are calculated according to the coordinates of the markers.The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately measure the motion of CPVA in a gravity field.
