Abstract
Moral education remains an everlasting theme in school education,and teachers' moral lead-ership serves as a crucial support for school moral education work.Teachers' moral leadership primarily encompasses their organizational ability,guiding ability,and disciplinary ability in fostering moral growth.Creating an atmosphere,modeling demonstration,and integrating moral education into the cur-riculum are significant paths to realizing teachers' moral leadership.Additionally,this paper proposes safeguarding strategies that emphasize the importance of moral education at the school level,effective evaluation within the teacher team,and personal development at the individual level.
